Vendor and Customer Information

Graebel Vanlines Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Graebel Moving”) have ceased operations.

On May 10, 2017, Arnaldo N. Cavazos, Jr. (the “Receiver”) was appointed as an asset receiver by the Agreed Order Appointing Receiver entered in Case No. DC-17-04976, 160th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas.  You may request a copy of the Order from

All of Graebel Moving’s assets are pledged as collateral for more than fifty million dollars of debt Graebel Moving owes to its secured lender.  The Receiver is now in the process of liquidating Graebel Moving’s assets to attempt to repay the secured lender.

The Receiver does not anticipate that the liquidation of Graebel Moving’s assets will generate enough money to repay the secured lender in full.  Therefore, it is very unlikely that the liquidation of Graebel Moving’s assets will generate any money for unsecured claims of customers, vendors, or other creditors.  Regardless of that circumstance, if you have a claim against Graebel Moving and wish to make a current record of your claim, you may do so by following the instructions below.

You may periodically check back at to see if there is any change to the Receiver’s outlook on the possibility of any funds being available in excess of the amounts necessary to repay the secured lender.

This is not a notice of bankruptcy, and no bankruptcy proceedings regarding Graebel Moving are pending now.
